JadaTalks Presents: Intellectual Property and Art
Miami Art Week Presents: Intellectual Property and Art presented by JadaTalks
Every working artist today must understand their rights as it pertains to intellectual property. Patents, copyrights, trademarks, and creative commons licensing may seem overwhelming at first but it is important that every artist understands how to navigate these legal structures. This workshop will provide artists with all of the legal insights that they need to manage their careers successfully.

Her true passion however is for public service and advocating on behalf of local artists. She also actively participates in nonprofit organizations such as Women of Tomorrow and serves on University of Miami’s Advisory Board for the Center of Ethics and Public Service.
Join us on December 3-6, 2020 during Miami Art Week at Jada Art Fair. Jada Art Fair was founded by local Miami artists in 2019 as an art movement that has since branched out to various countries, having had its own gallery at Jada Paris Art Week just last month in France. Jada Miami Art Fair 2020 will feature over 120 pieces, including paintings, multimedia installations, murals, and sculptures in its 4-day fair (Dec. 3rd – 6th). As a continuous commitment to education, Jada Miami Art Fair will also host JadaTalks — a conference panel of local and national scholars, business leaders, trend setters, and noteworthy artists, both in presence and virtually JadaTV.com. Jada Miami Art Fair is situated in Normandy Isle (Miami Beach), with 5000sf of exhibiting space, divided into 4 main galleries, featuring original works and special collector-edition art prints.
