An immersive live DJ performance and NFT gallery lead by Sean Ward

For the third year in a row, the Jada Art Movement comes to redefine Miami Art Week via disruption, the search for meaning, controversy, and the freshness of artistic redemption in the Sunshine State!

Since 2019, against the grain of the art fair model, Jada has grown from a local band of visual artists into a dynamic and global artistic institution, forging groundbreaking relationships within the Cosmos of the Arts, Academia, Tech, the Museum World, and the Marketplace in North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. After an exciting presence at the 2021 edition of Paris Art Week, Jada returns to its birthplace to trigger further oscillation and liberation within the Miami Arts scene!

This year, Jada Miami Art Fair hosts a multimedia artistic body of works by local and international artists, from paintings to NFT’s, immersive installations to performances, faith-based events to a major sculpture installation. Join us in the unleashing of the Great Re-Set from Nihilism to Optimism at Miami Art Week!

Exhibition short statement:
At the Meta Sensationalist Temple, we are here to worship that which peaks our senses and use our imaginations to envision how we imagine art in the future! From live and recorded musical performances alongside a plethora of creations by VJ’s throughout the country, to the wide assortment of NFT art that will be available for sale and on display throughout our time at JADA during Miami Art Week.

VJ Submission statement:
We are looking for VJ’s who want to create one hour of content to projection map onto the wall behind the dj booth, and when live dj’s are not playing, to display alongside pre-recorded mixes from talent around the world. When you are creating, keep in mind that this wall will be seen not only from a distance, but also with viewers immersed in the beams from the projectors.

The styles of music you will be paired with range from house, trance, techno, downtempo and melodic dj’s. We have asked all of our dj’s to try to include influences from cultures around the world in this musical selection. We will pair your visuals with the musicians we think will work best together with your creations. There is a $50 submission fee, which is used to help cover costs of the fair.
