JadaTalks Presents: Intellectual Property and Art

Miami Art Week Presents: Intellectual Property and Art presented by JadaTalks

Every working artist today must understand their rights as it pertains to intellectual property. Patents, copyrights, trademarks, and creative commons licensing may seem overwhelming at first but it is important that every artist understands how to navigate these legal structures. This workshop will provide artists with all of the legal insights that they need to manage their careers successfully.

Tune in December 4 at 1 pm EST to hear from our guest speaker Attorney Darren Heitner, Founder of Heitner Legal, P.L.L.C., Attorney Steven Blickensderfer, Carlton Fields & Attorney Allison Freidin, Co-founder of the Museum of Graffiti, during this pre-recorded streaming art conversation.
